Platoon Fitness - Discovered That!!!



As the group of men and women marched platoon fitness in perfect formation of his combat boots has made little noise. At the end of 13 weeks, recruits must be able to swim and take a final proficiency test, which consists of a race of three miles, 100 sit-ups, push-ups and 20 (men) / 70 seconds flex stroke (females). Recruits must pass platoon fitness the PF to continue with pot.

Platoon Fitness PF is usually held a day before the crucible.

No doubt become a Marine who really test yourself physically and mentally. But for mere mortals among us, we can take some advice platoon fitness and inspiration of these men and women fighting.
